Therapy plays an important role in improving your overall health and well-being. The general rule of thumb for therapy sessions is to have them once a week, especially in the beginning. Consistent effort is needed to fully benefit from the therapeutic relationship. However, the frequency of sessions can vary depending on the individual and their specific needs.


The cost of therapy is $125 per session or via monthly subscription.

The number of counseling sessions required varies based on the individual’s situation and objectives. Typically, it is recommended to start with six sessions, but the appropriate number could be less or more. According to research, roughly 30% of clients may achieve benefits after only three sessions, while around 50% will likely achieve these benefits after eight sessions, and 75% after fourteen sessions. The number of sessions required depends on several factors, such as the number of goals, the extent of past suffering, and whether the individual lives in a safe and stable environment.
